Guest Bedroom 2: King sized bed; private bathroom with tub/shower; access to non-waterfront deck.
Guest Bedroom 3: King sized bed; private bathroom with tub/shower.
Top floor office: Sofa with sleeper; this room also has a desk.
Living Room: Sofa with sleeper.
A queen sized double stacked air mattress is also provided.
