Our Story
When our company, CH Briley Properties, a commercial warehouse near St. Louis, was purchased, we embarked on a new journey, and Briley Vacations was born. With two rental units already available in Oxford, MS and Orange Beach, AL, we invested in four more beautiful properties in Orange Beach, Gatlinburg, and Blue Ridge. Rooted from a love of travel, Briley Vacations features luxury rental properties chosen in cities we’ve come to adore throughout our travels. On each page, we’ve featured some of our favorite local restaurants and places to visit during your stay.
Each of our vacation rental units offers comfort and a sense of home, with that vacation luxury you deserve. Briley Vacations has a high standard of clean and customer service.

The Sec Haven
We purchased The Sec Haven when our children went off to college as we quickly fell in love with Oxford. Conveniently located near Ole Miss, The Sec Haven is a wonderful place to stay when you're in town.
Mariner circle
When the mid-west gets cold or it's time for an escape, you'll find us here at the Mariner Circle, or as our family lovingly calls, Harbor House. This home away from home has served our family well with countless vacations and memories. We hope to offer the same experience for your family during your next vacation!
